Cancelation Process:
1. Submit a cancelation request to our customer service team (customer@weddingdressbee.com)
2. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm your cancelation.
3. Once your order cancelation is confirmed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-15 business days more for the repayment to post to your account.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, it is strongly encouraged to check and make sure that the item has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Please try it on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the items.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.
1. General Returns:
-Defective or Damaged Items:
If the item is damaged or defective, a customer service reprehensive must be notified with 72 hours of receiving the merchandise. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange. When requesting for any refund, please be ready to provide us with photographs which tell the problem of the items. If you are sure the items were damaged during the delivery, photos showing the damaged packaging as well as "proof of damage" documentation from your delivery carrier are needed in order to process your refund.
-Color Mismatch:
Color difference may exist due to the computer display and also the lights and surroundings when we shot the pictures. However, it may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. While if you are perceived that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
-Mis-shipped Items:
If we have shipped you an incorrect item, you have the option of 1) ask for a free-retailoring for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund (product price) with the shipping cost by your side. Customers must confirm their eligibility for a return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 3 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return.
-Missing Items:
Contact us that you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.
Beyond the general policies above, we have Product-Specific policies with further details that apply to the following categories. And, please note that fabric swatches and veils are non-refundable.
2. Returns for Dresses, Belts, and Jackets & Custom Order shoes:
-Sizing or Fitting Issues:
We do suggest to ask a professional tailor/ tailoress for custom measurements (based on How to Measure here) and choose custom measurements service which is free here when you are ready to order from us. As all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order (by more than one inch for dresses); please feel free to contact us before any action!
-Item is not the size you ordered
You may have a consultant for local alteration or return us for a free alteration, by shipping cost on your side. If you choose this option, please contact us with photoes of the steps how you measure the dress before going for the local tailor. Also, you are capable to request a new tailoring here. For custom sized dresses, there will be no returns or exchanges related to fit when pertaining to wrongly submitted measurements.
-Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit:
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost. Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
As all the items in these categories are made specifically for your order (either standard or custom ones for dresses), please do understand there is a tailoring and processing cost that cannot be returned or refunded. Please refer to the chart below for details.

3. Returns for Jewelry, Handbags & Ready-to-ship shoes:
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 72 hours with reasons and photographs to see if the return is possible. Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.
Please note, a full refund may not be given for products in these categories as a restoring cost (15%) takes. Please review the chart below for details.

4. Return Process
1. Submit a return request to our customer service team (customer@weddingdressbee.com) within 3 days of receiving the merchandise, with as many details as possible on the reason for return.
2. A customer service representative will contact you about your return. Once verified, you will receive an email about where to ship your merchandise.
3. Ship the merchandise and email your customer service representative the tracking number for your item to better handle your request.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will inform you the status of your return and when the return payment will be posted to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange on any item that has be worn, washed, altered, soiled or the tags removed.
Please note that for credit cards, a credit of the return amount will be applied to your account within 7 days of receiving the product. Depending on your credit card company, it may take another 2 to 15 days for the credit to appear on your statement. For other forms of payment, times will vary based on bank and money wiring policies.
